The Superman Ziplines

Fly headfirst across a massive jungle valley and straight through a mountain tunnel.

The standard canopy tour at Monteverde Extremo Park includes two forward-facing Superman ziplines. You ride clipped in from your back, keeping your hands free to mimic flying.

Riders must weigh at least 45 kg (99 lbs) and no more than 115 kg (253 lbs) to participate. The minimum age for the canopy tour is 6 years old.

Aerial Superman

15 minutes

This is a massive 1,030-meter (3,380 ft) long cable soaring over the valley. It offers clear panoramic views of the surrounding cloud forest. Keep your arms out wide to fully enjoy the flying sensation.

Subterranean Superman

10 minutes

This unique 190-meter (623 ft) tunnel zipline sends you flying straight into a mountain. It gets dark very fast underground.
